Mad MP

Recently writing in the ET the incumbent MP Tory Jackson who has a second home in Peterborough described the ET forum which is used by many of his constituents as a forum which is "full of whingers and moaners"

Well we have a lot to be concerned about with his representation of Peterborough folk at Parliament and dysfunctional local Tories messing up our council services.

Tory attacks 'whingers and moaners'

Friday, December 04, 2009

“Concerning the latest column in the Peterborough ET from Stewart Jackson MP. It is mad of an MP to abuse their own constituents. It is wrong of him to slam local constituents for having an opinion about the way that the local council - which is paid for by Mr Jackson's constituents, by the way - carries out its services. The MP is paid by us and should act as our employee to represent Peterborough in parliament not the other way round. Jackson is taking people for granted; he then has a story in the paper this week slamming his own Conservative councillors for smartening up an underpass. Perhaps he should quit and return to being a banker in London.

Yesterday I received an autumn communication from our incumbent MP informing us we could book an appointment for his surgery that was held in November. What a waste of our tax payers money, if he is going to use the parliamentary communications allowances which we pay for then I would ask that at least he does not waste it on out of date publicity”.
