FOR A LIMITED PERIOD ONLY .............NHS Peterborough is offering fee paying adults who have not accessed an NHS dentist within the last 24 months the opportunity to have a free check-up and treatment up to Band 3.

NHS Peterborough is committed to raising public awareness of the availability of NHS dentists in Peterborough, improving access and ultimately improving the oral health of the local population.

In August, for a limited period only NHS Peterborough will be giving away free vouchers which will entitle the recipient to a free dental check-up and treatment up to and including Band 3 treatment:-

Band 1 = examination, diagnosis (e.g.  x-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems and a scale and polish if needed.

Band 2 = this covers everything listed in Band 1, plus any further treatment such as fillings, root canal work or if your dentist needs to take out one or more of your teeth.

Band 3 = this covers everything listed in Bands 1 and 2, plus crowns, dentures or bridges.

To qualify for a free voucher you must live in Peterborough and be registered with a Peterborough GP.

Vouchers will be available from NHS Peterborough on a first come first served basis only, therefore please telephone 758420 to find out if you are eligible.  If you are eligible you will be sent a voucher and a list of participating local dentists where you can make an appointment to receive your free dental treatment.
