Promotion hopefuls Peterborough United’s new logo, which shows a link with the past while looking to the future, has been welcomed by local Labour party spokesman Ed Murphy.

“This has a clean and contemporary look and at the same time a very retro feel, which combined with a re-energized side will mean a return to the glory days for The Posh at London Road,” said Ed.
